Canal House Cookbooks
At less than $20 each and full of simple but exciting recipes for everyday cooking, Canal House Cookbooks are a must-have. They are produced entirely by a small group of gourmands in New Hope, PA and printed in the United States on luscious uncoated paper. They are full of gorgeous photos taken by the authors and each is bound in a striking linen cover with foil stamp and inset photos. Eager to try something, I started today with a quick breakfast of Pimenton Fried Eggs. Thanks to Ken of Larken Springs Farm, purveyor of fresh-pastured eggs, for the recommendation on these beautiful books.

I'm glad you're enjoying the books. Your photography rivals Christopher's. Are you familiar with David Tanis' books, A Platter of Figs and Heart of the Artichoke? They are my current favorites. She does the photography for them also.
ReplyDeleteLOVE Christopher's photos. Used to do antique shows with her husband, Jim.
