Fresh spearmint, coming up.

Spearmint from Maple Acres farm in Blue Bell was delicious chopped and added (off heat) to  baby asparagus quickly sauteed in olive oil with garlic.

    Looks wonderful. Are you growing your own mint? It's very important to have mint in the summertime to put in your iced tea!
