Chops with Cioppolini

A fresh bundle of local cioppolini onions complete with tender green stalks inspired this humble but glorious meal of pork chops browned in olive oil, a touch of butter and garlic. We ate them on the front porch and the neighbors came out of the woodwork to work in their gardens... at nearly dusk. Next post: outdoor curtains.
