Gigante Spread

Giant Greek beans (Butter Beans) pureed with a few cloves of fresh garlic, fresh Greek oregano and lots of excellent extra-virgin olive oil.

if you want an easy and quick spread,this is! it tastes good and easy to spread. This can even lasts for two to three days. I served it and there's no leftovers. I'm pretty sure that your guests will surely like it!
