The foundation of our 1927 Tudor home received some much needed
attention this fall from master mason Bruno Mirarchi. Bruno is a rare
breed of craftsman who learned this art of building science in "the Old
Country."
Gorgeous! Who will do this work in the future? I remember watching an older man lay Belgian blocks on the street next to our apt in Old City in the '80s. One at a time - picking just the right one from the pile for that particular space. It took quite some time and it was and is beautiful.
