White Chicken Chili Christmas

This Christmas Eve we will have a white and green chicken chili made from a base of green anaheim, poblano and jalapeno peppers with white beans. A surprise package on the porch this morning of tamales shipped from dear friends in San Antonio will make the meal extra special. Serendipity tastes wonderful.
